Mitigation Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mitigation projects, including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and other emergency restoration services.

Conduct initial project scope and ongoing assessments, creating detailed project plans and estimates using Xactimate software.

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery.

Ensure quality control and safety on all projects by adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and all involved parties to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.

Manage project budget, including monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.

Supervise and direct on-site teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

Facilitate the timely completion of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Obtain and maintain IICRC certifications, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mitigation or restoration industry.

Proficiency in writing estimates with Xactimate is highly preferred.

IICRC certifications in water, fire, and mold remediation are a significant plus.

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

High level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Ability to work in fast-paced and stressful situations with a positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

A background check and drug screening may be required.
