Job Overview: As a Production Manager, you'll run restoration projects from start to finish. You'll make sure jobs stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. You'll lead the crew, give them the support they need, and make sure everyone is working safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customers feel supported and have all the project-specific information they need about their job.
- Business development is prepared to be successful with assigned projects.
- Project managers have the right information and a clear plan to complete the job properly.
- Assigned projects are properly staffed with well-trained employees without overworking.
- Assigned projects are scoped profitably.
- Assigned project work and documentation is completed according to SOW, safety standards, and culture.
- All necessary contacted resources (including equipment rentals & subcontractor) are procured and documented properly and selected from the approved vendor list.
- Assigned team members are happy, well-prepared, and perform well.
Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of production management experience, ideally in the restoration or construction industry.
