Summary/objective
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of restoration services, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

● Oversee day-to-day operations within the designated region, including project management, resource allocation, workflow coordination, sales and financial operations.
● Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
● Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, field teams and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
● Collaborate with senior management to establish goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the region, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, third party administrators, industry partners, key commercial relationships and other key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
● Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess operational progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
● Analyze operational data, financial reports, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and maximize operational efficiency.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and develop new business opportunities.

Required education and experience
● 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management at the General Manager/Branch Manager level (or higher) within the disaster restoration or construction industry.
● OSHA Training & Certifications
● Certification in disaster restoration (e.g., IICRC certification)
Preferred education and experience
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Disaster Management, Education, or a related discipline).
