Position Overview
- Full-time, in-office Project Coordinator supporting a reconstruction/construction team
- Provides administrative and billing support to multiple reconstruction project managers, and acts as a communication point between the office, project managers, and insurance adjusters/carriers

Key Responsibilities
- Support 5–6 reconstruction project managers with day-to-day coordination
- Work with the estimator to ensure billing percentages are accurate when submitting progress billing
- Once a job is approved: create the billing timeline/progress billing, submit it, confirm receipt, document it, and notify the project manager once the deposit is received so work can commence
- Track outstanding items in the company CRM and follow up on behalf of project managers
- Communicate with adjusters and carriers to follow up on submitted estimates and pending responses, and report back on where things stand
- Maintain ongoing billing activity and documentation for assigned projects

Qualifications
- Construction background required; familiarity with construction terminology
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft (email, general office tools)
- CRM experience helpful; company platform is easy to learn and training is provided
- Restoration/claims experience (understanding how a claim file operates) is a plus but not required
- No CPA or TPA requirements

- In-office, every day
- Flexible daytime hours (e.g., 8:00–5:00 or 7:30–4:30)
