What You'll Do

Manage restoration, reconstruction, renovation, and maintenance projects from kickoff through closeoutCoordinate and supervise subcontractors — set expectations, hold schedules, hold quality standardsServe as primary point of contact for property managers and owners throughout the project lifecycleConduct site assessments and contribute to scoping and estimating processesLiaise with insurance adjusters and carriers on reconstruction and claim-related workMaintain project documentation, photo documentation, and reporting standardsIdentify issues early, communicate them clearly, and solve them without being promptedHelp build Fairvest's operational systems and processes as the company scales

What We're Looking For

5+ years of project management or field operations experience in restoration, construction, or property servicesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and subcontractors without hand-holdingStrong communication skills — written, verbal, and on-site with clients and crewsFamiliarity with insurance restoration processes and Xactimate is a strong plusClean driving record and reliable transportation — company vehicle providedSomeone who leads from the front, not from behind a deskChicagoland-based or willing to relocate
