What will you do?

As a Cost & Value Performance Manager, you will have a role in managing commercial value and optimizing costs using advanced analytical approaches.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Use of data-driven and cost-effective approach to optimize resources and improve cost efficiency
• Reporting on achieved targets and regular coordination with management
• Development and use of models for monitoring commercial revenue performance and implementation of improvements
• Monitoring and analyzing commercial subscriber value ("Value IN, Value OUT, base movements value")
• Analyzing subscriber base value trends
• Monitoring and analyzing promotions, discount values by sales channels and products
• Analysis of average revenue per user (ARPU) by channels and services and preparation of recommendations for improvements
• Preparation of proposals for increasing subscriber base value ("Upsells -- ARPU increase")
• Monitoring the impact of sales activities on revenue value in the base
• Preparation of improvements for cost optimization by sales channels

What do we expect?

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Work experience in data analytics
• Highly developed analytical skills and accuracy in working with data
• Good understanding of sales processes and data support for business decisions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with report automation and visualization
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and preparation of interactive dashboards
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Active knowledge of English

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Programming knowledge (Python, R)
• SAP (modules and graphical user interfaces - GUI)
• Knowledge of Serbo-Croatian language
