Vale Group has partnered with a company based in South Eastern Charlotte, North Carolina, who is actively searching for an experienced Commercial Plumbing/HVAC Estimator to work onsite for an opportunity paying up to $120K, based on experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing comprehensive cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects, ensuring all project details are meticulously analyzed and accounted for to submit competitive bids.

Requirements of the Commercial HVAC Plumbing Estimator:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing estimation, particularly within commercial construction.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, relevant codes, and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities of the Commercial HVAC Plumbing Estimator:

• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and documentation to determine project scope.
• Develop detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, and subcontractor services.
• Create competitive bids for commercial plumbing projects, aligning with project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to gather pricing and coordinate on project needs.
• Maintain thorough records of all estimates and revisions, ensuring easy access for future reference.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure estimates meet expectations.
