Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Homebuilding industry, based in New Mexico, who is actively searching for an experienced Finance Manager to work onsite for an opportunity paying competitive salary plus bonus plan, based on experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, particularly in analyzing financial performance and providing critical financial and operational support to various divisions. If you have extensive experience with GAAP and financial compliance, this could be a perfect fit.

Requirements of the Finance Manager:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
● Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
● Public accounting experience preferred
● Prior homebuilding experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
● Proficiency with financial systems and processes
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
● Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, comparing results to forecasts
● Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate control policies
● Assist in preparing and managing budgets for corporate and divisional entities
● Provide financial analysis to Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and investors
● Oversee banking and funding activities for construction projects
● Create and review KPI and financial reports for corporate and divisional leadership
● Mentor, train, and manage finance teams, ensuring strong performance across the division
