Vale Group has partnered with a large banking institution well-established throughout the west on a strategic search for a Bank Branch Manager to work ON-SITE in Portland, OR (97204) for an opportunity paying $80k-$95k annually, based on experience. This Bank Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at one of the specialty branches catering primarily to business banking.

Bank Branch Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred)
- 5+ years banking experience, with at least two in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of banking industry regulations, compliance, and products
- Strong knowledge of business banking
- Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
- Ability to provide strong leadership to bank staff, with sound decision-making skills
- Computer skills, including MS Office Suite, and banking industry specific programs such as Fiserv, Q2, etc.
Bank Branch Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage daily banking operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise daily activities of Tellers and Service Staff
- Hire, Terminate, Schedule, and provide training for staff based on the branch's needs
- Maintain accountability for the branch's compliance with all company policies
- Provide assistance to service staff in solving escalated customer inquiries or concerns
