Vale Group has partnered with a company based in Miramar, FL, who is actively searching for an ambitious Staff Accountant to work onsite for an opportunity paying $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with up to 4 years of experience and a passion for data analytics and treasury operations. Ideal candidates will have exposure to public accounting, manufacturing, logistics, or automotive environments.

Requirements of the Staff Accountant:

● 1–4 years of accounting experience, ideally from public accounting, manufacturing, logistics, or automotive industries

● Exposure to general ledger and journal entry preparation

● Basic understanding of treasury functions such as cash planning or forecasting

● Strong analytical and data integration capabilities

● Detail-oriented with experience in financial data mining and reporting

● Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI

● ERP experience (Infor preferred)

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

● Support treasury functions including foreign currency exposure and cash planning

● Assist in preparation and posting of journal entries

● Participate in cash projection model development and enhancement

● Extract, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources

● Work closely with senior team members on month-end close activities

● Contribute to financial reporting and performance tracking initiatives

● Help streamline data flow across systems for improved visibility and control
