Vale Group has partnered with a growing company in the public accounting industry, based in Hamilton, NJ, who is actively searching for an experienced Internal Assurance Manager for an opportunity paying between $85k - $100k based on experience. This position has Remote/Work From Home flexibility, however attendance is expected ON-SITE at meetings held quarterly.
The successful candidate will maintain the firm's good standing with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) by overseeing the quality review program, making sure all associates are up to date on continuing education requirements, maintain active licensure, and contribute to the overall quality of work performed.

Internal Assurance Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license preferred
- 3+ years Audit and Assurance experience at a Senior Level preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisor or leadership role preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Clear verbal and written English language communication skills
Internal Assurance Manager Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee the firm's quality assurance review program
- Coordinate PCAOB inspections and external peer reviews
- Develops standards and best practices
- Assists with the design and instruction of training materials
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to the professional development of team members
- Stay current with changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.
