Vale Group has partnered with a company in the residential construction industry, based in Houston, TX who is actively searching for a Residential Architectural Drafter for an opportunity offering between $27-33/hour based on experience. This exciting role requires a professional with at least 1+ years of residential drafting experience on single-family homes and townhomes.
This role is ON-SITE to start, with hybrid flexibility available once established.

Requirements of the Residential Architectural Drafter:
- 1+ years of residential experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (highly preferred)
- Highly proficient with AutoCAD
- Experience with Revit, Sketchup a plus.
- At least 2 or more pieces of sample work available upon request
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Responsibilities of the Residential Architectural Drafter:
- Assist with the design and development of residential projects, such as single-family homes and townhomes
- Prepare architectural drawings and documents using AutoCAD
- Work on redlines, changes, and renderings
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Contribute to the overall design process, including design development, construction documentation, and project management
- Support as needed
