Vale Group has partnered with a company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, who is actively searching for an experienced Dynamics Developer to work in a hybrid capacity for an opportunity paying up to $120,000 annually plus benefits, based on experience. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a proven background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), capable of designing, developing, and implementing business solutions while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Put your mark on the initial implementation and stay as the SME in Dynamics. This is a full time role. Candidates must be local, no sponsorship available.



Requirements of the Dynamics Developer:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development and customization

● Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and related tools

● Solid understanding of ERP workflows, system integrations, and data migration practices

● Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

● Experience configuring and managing user security roles

● Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus

● Prior exposure to regulated or validated environments is highly desirable

● Effective communicator with ability to partner across business and technical teams

Responsibilities of the Dynamics Developer:

● Develop and tailor Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business requirements

● Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system functionality

● Build and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications

● Provide day-to-day administration and technical support for Dynamics 365 F&O

● Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and compliance with development standards

● Document technical processes and deliver end-user training when necessary

● Assist with security, compliance, and validation tasks as required

● Stay current on Dynamics 365 F&O updates and emerging technologies

● Support as needed
