We are seeking a qualified Quality Technician to work onsite for an opportunity paying up to $28/hour, based on experience which is located in Stockton, CA. This role is vital for ensuring the integrity and compliance of components, subassemblies, and finished products through rigorous inspection. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle visual and dimensional inspections, participate in process improvements, and support quality and production teams with insights and detailed analyses.

Requirements of the Quality Technician:

● 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

● High school diploma or GED; certification in precision inspection is advantageous

● Proficiency in using basic inspection tools and understanding inspection protocols

● Independent working capability with minimal guidance

● Skills in effective communication and problem-solving

● Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software

Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:

● Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of components and products

● Assist in developing inspection methods and enhancements

● Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related process issues

● Manage and organize work and storage areas to maintain workflow efficiency

● Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols

● Support the team and contribute to the overall quality objectives of Aero Turbine

● Support the team as needed
