Requirements of the Aircraft Engine Testing Supervisor:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
• Leadership experience
• Prior experience working in a leadership capacity with aircraft maintenance, particularly military grade aircraft is highly preferred

Responsibilities of the Aircraft Engine Testing Supervisor:

• Supervise and lead the activities of the engine testing team
• Coordinate and organize test schedules in order to meet contract and delivery deadlines
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arrive during testing
• Be responsible for completing all required documentation
