We are seeking a qualified Supplier Quality Specialist to work onsite for an opportunity paying up to $70K salary based on experience, which is located in Jackson, WI. The Supplier Quality Specialist is tasked with the continual enhancement of quality processes related to supplier, manufacturer, and contractor evaluations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety, quality, and security requirements through rigorous assessments and performance analyses.

Requirements of the Supplier Quality Specialist :
● 3-5 years of experience in a regulated industry
● Bachelor's degree in science, math, or a related field
● Certifications in quality management or audit processes preferred
● Proficiency in cGMP guidelines and familiarity with regulatory compliance
● Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in quality-related metrics and scorecards
● Skills in project management and strong communication abilities
● Experience in supplier interaction and quality audits
● Software knowledge in process/manufacturing applications
Responsibilities of the Supplier Quality Specialist :
● Conduct comprehensive evaluations and risk assessments of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards
● Develop and implement corrective actions and development plans to enhance supplier performance
● Manage supplier quality metrics, scorecards, and KPIs to track and improve product and process quality
● Collaborate with R&D and Purchasing to support new product development and ensure supplier alignment with quality standards
● Work closely with Production to address and resolve material defects and quality issues
● Perform additional duties as required to support the team and supply chain quality functions
● Support the team as needed
