We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to serve as both an advocate for our employees and a driver of organizational change. This crucial position will strategize, manage, and evaluate the human resources operations within our company. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to cultivate a positive organizational culture. This is a full-time onsite role offering a competitive salary of up to $110K, dependent on experience and qualifications, located in Stockton, CA.

Requirements of the Human Resources Manager:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional HR certification (PHR or SPHR) is advantageous.
- At least ten years of HR management experience, particularly in employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Previous HR work in skilled labor or the manufacturing sector is crucial.
- Expertise in recruitment and employing applicant tracking systems with a deep understanding of labor laws in California.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate independently.
- Proficiency in English is necessary; bilingual ability in Spanish is preferred.
- Experience with Paycom HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:
- Lead all recruitment activities, ensuring a positive experience from application through to hiring.
- Foster relationships with recruitment partners like agencies and educational institutions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Supervise the performance review cycle, including evaluations and compensation adjustments.
- Oversee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Administer benefits programs in collaboration with brokers and providers.
- Maintain digital HR records through HRIS systems.
- Develop policies and recommend procedural enhancements to improve department operations.
- Support the team as needed.
