Vale Group has partnered with a company in the Aerospace industry, based in Springfield, MA, who is actively searching for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to work on-site for an opportunity with a salary range between $100-110K based on experience.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer:

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace or similar industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Knowledge of composites manufacturing
• Advanced knowledge of AS9102 and AS9100 standards
• Knowledge of CNC Programming
• Experience with New Product Introductions and First Article Inspections
• Solid understanding of Epicor ERP system

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

• Working closely with designers and engineers on New Product Introductions to develop manufacturing plans and protocols
• Partner with supplier management to develop estimates
• Participate in tooling design process
• Assist with programming of CNC & other machines
• Maintain products methods of manufacture in company Epicor ERP system
• Assist throughout the manufacturing process, from First Article Inspection through final production
