Vale Group has partnered with a growing company in the public accounting industry, based in Hamilton, NJ, who is actively searching for an experienced Tax Manager for an opportunity paying between $120k and $145k based on experience.

This position has the flexibility to be Remote/Work-From-Home, however attendance at monthly On-Site meetings is expected.

Tax Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license REQUIRED
• 5+ years tax experience in a public accounting setting
• Prior management experience preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Clear verbal and written English language communication skills

Tax Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and review a variety of returns including C Corp, S Corp, Partnerships, Estate, Gift, Individual, etc.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of tax work performed by the team, conducting reviews and providing feedback.
• Provide technical expertise to address complex tax issues, conducting in-depth analysis and offering solutions.
• Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, helping them optimize their tax positions and minimize liabilities.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the firm and clients comply with all applicable tax requirements.
