Vale Group has partnered with a company based in Hyannis, MA, who is actively searching for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to work onsite for an opportunity paying $22–$28 per hour (non-exempt), based on experience. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of sourcing talent across diverse departments.
Requirements of the Corporate Recruiter:
● 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment
● Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws (federal, state, and regional), and hiring practices
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
● Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential information with discretion
● Customer service–oriented mindset with proven relationship-building skills
● Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and recruitment platforms
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter:
● Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, pre-screens, interviews, and offer process
● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
● Source candidates for a variety of roles across departments such as operations, technology, finance, marketing, and reservations
● Coordinate advertisements and outreach efforts with universities, schools, and recruitment platforms
● Maintain applicant databases and ensure proper correspondence with applicants throughout the hiring process
● Provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, and company culture
● Assist with onboarding, internal transfers, and creation of company badges for new hires
● Build and maintain external partnerships with universities, job boards, and professional organizations
● Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events as needed
● Support HR initiatives by staying current with employment laws, employee relations, and compliance requirements
● Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned
