Vale Group has partnered with a consumer packaged goods manufacturer in Jackson, WI, who is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Compounder to join their production team. This is a 1st shift opportunity (typically 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM, though start and end times may flex as needed) paying $22–25 per hour based on experience.

The Manufacturing Compounder will be responsible for accurately blending powdered and liquid bulk products, following strict GMP and regulatory standards. This role requires hands-on work with mixers, pumps, tablet presses, and material handling equipment, along with strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Compounder:

● Prefer 3 years’ experience in a FDA or USDA-regulated environment ideally as a Blender or Compounder

● High School diploma or equivalent

● Ability to read, write, and communicate in English effectively

● Competency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)

● Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., move drums/barrels with manual handling equipment, and operate pallet jacks

● Willingness to wear dust masks/respirators or air stream suits when required (must pass respiratory and pulmonary testing)

● Previous forklift experience is a plus, but training/licensing will be provided

● Strong attendance, positive attitude, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Compounder:

● Prepare and blend bulk powdered and liquid products per GMP and batch requirements

● Accurately weigh, measure, and handle raw materials

● Operate mixers, pumps, tablet presses, and related equipment

● Clean and sanitize tanks, vessels, pumps, and production tools

● Maintain documentation accurately and on time

● Uphold housekeeping and safety standards within the manufacturing area

● Communicate effectively with supervisors, QA staff, material handlers, and maintenance teams

● Support production operations and perform other duties as needed

● Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime if tasks are not completed by shift end
