**Due to some necessary business regional travel, candidate should reside preferably in the Northern California area**


Vale Group has partnered with a well-established leader in warehouse automation and engineered storage solutions to identify a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager. This remote role is ideal for someone based in Northern California, with occasional regional travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Offering a base salary up to $100K plus a % of sales and bonus potential, the total annual earning potential can exceed $200K, depending on performance.

This position opens as a result of a long-standing team member’s retirement, giving the selected professional the opportunity to inherit a strong existing client portfolio while building new relationships across the territory. The company is known for its advanced engineering, lean manufacturing practices, and gold-standard quality controls, supporting its commitment to serving the smartest links in the supply chain.


Requirements of the Regional Sales Manager:

● Proven success in industrial, warehouse automation, or engineered product sales

● Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills

● Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience within related industries

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

● Ability to travel regionally to visit customers, attend trade shows, and represent the company at events

● Familiarity with CAD-based solutions, material handling equipment, or automated logistics systems is advantageous

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach

● High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently while meeting revenue goals


Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager:

● Oversee and expand a defined sales territory.

● Drive new business development and deepen existing client relationships to increase market share

● Present tailored industrial and warehouse automation solutions to meet specific customer needs

● Partner closely with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver client-focused solutions

● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer presentations

● Develop accurate forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and provide detailed reporting through CRM tools

● Support as needed
