  • Support preparation for major industry conferences and partnering meetings, including company targeting, meeting coordination, briefing materials, and post-conference follow-up.
  • Participate in business-to-business meetings with prospective partners and support relationship development and follow-up activities.
  • Track relevant transactions, competitive developments, clinical milestones, financing activity, and broader industry trends that may influence strategy.
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development to manage multiple concurrent BD initiatives, timelines, deliverables, and external relationships.
  • Support growing commercial operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives related to the company's commercial portfolio.
  • Take on additional strategic projects as the company's pipeline, partnerships, and commercial activities evolve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, business, or related discipline required; advanced degree in science and/or business preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to business development, corporate strategy, search & evaluation, alliance management, program management, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting licensing transactions, strategic partnerships, asset evaluation, or due diligence strongly preferred.
  • Scientific foundation and demonstrated ability to understand and communicate preclinical, clinical, and drug-development concepts.
  • Experience in oncology, immuno-oncology, immunology, cell therapy, or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
  • Strong project-management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex scientific and business information into concise insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a small, entrepreneurial biotechnology environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving organization.
