Overview:

A stealth-mode cancer immunotherapy company, dedicated to developing innovative cell therapy treatments, is seeking an experienced AD/Director, Manufacturing to lead its manufacturing operations. This role involves managing a hybrid production model that spans both on-site and off-premises clinical manufacturing, ensuring operational excellence, strict adherence to GMP standards, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning and manufacturing operations for both on-site facilities and external clinical manufacturing sites.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with GMP and other regulatory standards.
• Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external manufacturing partners to maintain high-quality production standards.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and supply chain management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing manufacturing operations, with experience in cell therapy or related biologics considered a significant asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation/benefits: 160-200k (base), 15-20% annual bonus, employee stock options, 401k employer match, 25 days PTO, 14 company holidays
