About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, helping them understand the legal services available and determining how the firm can best meet their needs.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, personable, and an excellent active listener who understands the stress and uncertainty clients may experience when navigating divorce, custody, probate, and estate planning matters. This individual should be skilled at building relationships, identifying client needs, and guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process.
Once a client chooses to move forward, the Sales Associate will oversee the onboarding experience, ensuring all necessary agreements, procedures, and communications are handled efficiently. This includes coordinating with internal team members, establishing clear expectations, and following up with clients throughout their initial engagement.
The Sales Associate will also maintain relationships with prospective clients who have not yet made a decision, ensuring they feel supported and informed when they are ready to proceed.
Additionally, this position plays an important role in business development by tracking consultation activity, maintaining accurate client records, and providing feedback to leadership and marketing teams to improve client acquisition and overall business strategies.
Please note: This is a non-attorney position. All client-facing responsibilities are performed under attorney supervision. The Sales Associate provides general information about available services and does not offer legal advice.
