Are you passionate about sales, coaching others, and building strong client relationships? We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Sales Coach & Trainer to join a growing team focused on helping professionals improve performance, generate revenue, and grow their businesses.


This is a hybrid opportunity based in the Memphis area, offering flexibility to work from a home office while also meeting with clients, prospects, and networking groups throughout the region. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.


This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves sales, enjoys teaching and mentoring others, and thrives in a consultative, relationship-focused environment. If you are energized by prospecting, networking, coaching, and helping others succeed, this could be an excellent fit.


What You’ll Do

  • Sell coaching, consulting, and training services through networking, outbound prospecting, phone calls, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and strategic partners
  • Guide clients through solutions that align with their business and sales goals
  • Manage and track sales activity within a CRM platform
  • Deliver one-on-one sales coaching sessions virtually and over the phone
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Conduct consulting activities including research, shadowing, and sales evaluations
  • Effectively manage time between sales, coaching, and client support responsibilities
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong accountability

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for coaching, teaching, and developing others
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Experience leading training sessions or facilitating groups preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage individuals and teams
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management skills
  • Professional presence and excellent business communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Positive attitude with a growth-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
