What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage freight operations from pickup to delivery while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities Include:

Carrier Sourcing & Negotiation

• Source reliable transportation partners in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Negotiate rates while maintaining profitability
• Build and maintain strong carrier relationships

Load Coordination & Tracking

• Schedule, track, and manage shipments from pickup through delivery
• Utilize transportation management systems and logistics software to monitor shipment progress
• Communicate shipment updates with internal teams and customers

Market Analysis & Operations

• Monitor freight market trends and pricing
• Assist with pricing strategies and operational planning
• Ensure profitability and service expectations are met

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate shipment and billing records
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed
