Job Summary:
The Director of Information Technology will provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the company IT systems. Responsibility includes the development, operation, maintenance, and company-wide support for IT/IS functions including Hardware & Servers, Network Service, Enterprise Systems, Cyber Security, and Web Support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily operations (e.g., systems analysis, technical support, programming, database management, telecommunications, training, and computer technologies) relating to hardware and software systems.
- Manage the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization and ensure that the systems have sufficient capacity to meet the organizational needs and can grow and change to meet future requirements. Responsible for all configuration changes and application modifications and enhancements.
- Consult with management to analyze and determine computer and information system needs; determine scope and priorities of projects, and recommend hardware and software purchases, budgeting, and staffing needs.
- Owns all IT tools, setting technology strategy, project roadmap, budget and responsible for subsequent outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal/regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a technical leader and advisor to analyze and recommend application software to meet the tactical and strategic objectives of the company. Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing proper technological solutions to business issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer service for all departments and employees. Provide training and instruction to staff and perform any troubleshooting, installation, or maintenance projects in as a timely manner as possible.
- Supervise staff to include, but not limited to designating work assignments; providing instruction; reviewing completed work; training staff/new hires; participating in the interview and selection process and conducting performance appraisals.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures for security and disaster recovery; administer user access privileges and ensure adherence to security policies; implement and ensure all applications incorporate disaster recovery procedures; develop and monitor security education and awareness programs throughout the organization.

Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, or PMP preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of IT leadership and business experience or similar.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ progressive leadership responsibility.
- Project Management experience.
- Data analytics knowledge of Business Intelligence software
- Naturally passionate about proactively engaging with internal customers to understand their needs and provide IT solutions to support.
- Problem solver with the ability to collaboratively engage with team members to create innovative solutions.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Office 365 Cloud Administration experience including SharePoint and Azure.
- Experience with Windows Server Clustering, Microsoft HyperV, and Data Storage Systems
- Experience with ERP implementation, Salesforce, JIRA preferred.
- Knowledge of Network security & design using Fortinet Devices
- Knowledge of CAD (Solidworks/PTC Creo) and PDM deployment and management
- Working knowledge of SQL server management
- Experience with managing Software Network Licensing
- Strong supplier management and partner relation skills to leverage resources, both internally and externally to the enterprise, to enhance capabilities that support business objectives.
- Ability to build a strong partnership with stakeholders and demonstrate the business value of IT.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%.
