EV Battery Solutions Division


The Sales Solutions Manager is the face of the company in the US Battery industry. The Sales Manager introduces our solutions - what our company can offer - EV Battery makers, conducting customer needs analysis and leading the solution process through close and implementation. The Sales Solutions Manager will partner with battery makers in finding solutions for equipment and process needs. This is a great opportunity to build a strategic road map for entrance into the EV battery market while being hands on in the sales and solutions processes. Qualifications:

·        Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in technical/industrial sales in the battery manufacturing industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of capital goods in the process industry.

·        Hunter mentality with proven successes and extensive network in the battery manufacturing sector.

·        Experience in material processing and/or battery cell production, with a keen understanding of the wet slurry process (Anode and Cathode) mixing, drying, etc. and upcoming new dry coating process is highly advantageous.

·        Experience specifically in the Electrode Manufacturing process of Lithium Ion Batteries is highly advantageous.

·        Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

·        Highly self-motivated and target-oriented, capable of driving results amidst evolving market dynamics.

·        Willingness to travel extensively, complemented by a valid driver’s license.

Job targets / Area of responsibility:

·        Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify key trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the EV battery industry.

·        Develop and nurture new client accounts for our Process equipment and systems, with a strategic focus on the EV battery domain.

·        Proactively identify and cultivate new sales channels to expand market reach and capitalize on untapped opportunities.

·        Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from acquisition and relationship-building to post-sales support and retention efforts.

·        Prepare meticulously crafted proposals and lead contract negotiations to secure lucrative deals and partnerships.

·        Drive towards and exceed assigned sales targets, meticulously tracking progress and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.

·        Conduct engaging sales presentations, customer visits, and key account seminars, leveraging CRM tools for effective documentation and follow-up.

·        Provide hands-on product training and technical guidance to clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of our solutions.

·        Coordinate customer tests and trials, offering comprehensive support and troubleshooting to address any challenges or concerns.
