We’re now on the hunt for a performance-driven Team Leader to guide and grow our high-performing telesales division. You’ll lead a mix of in-office and remote sales consultants—the first point of contact for clients inspired to take action after downloading our investment guides.

This is a pivotal leadership role where your people skills, process smarts, and performance mindset will directly drive revenue and impact. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to ensure every lead gets the guidance they need—and that your team stays accountable, consistent, and confident.

About the Role

You’ll be leading a dynamic telesales team who engage warm leads—people who’ve expressed interest by downloading guides or submitting enquiries. Your job: make sure the team delivers value on every call, qualifies effectively, and converts consistently.

It’s a role that blends leadership, coaching, data analysis, and performance optimisation. You’ll partner with key internal stakeholders to drive ROI while building a high-energy culture that delivers for both the business and its clients.


What a Day Looks Like

• Lead and coach telesales reps to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Review and monitor call compliance, quality, and outcomes

• Analyse CRM and call data to refine strategy and performance

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimise lead flow

• Drive KPIs including lead-to-call rates, dial productivity, and booking volumes

• Handle performance issues with confidence and empathy

• Champion a team culture built on accountability, growth, and positivity


What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years in a telesales or inside sales leadership role

• Track record of exceeding team KPIs and performance metrics

• Strong command of sales systems and CRMs (Salesforce, Aircall etc.)

• Experience building scalable sales processes and reports

• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and coaching skills

• Bonus: background in property, finance, or financial services
