About the Role

This role is ideal for a therapist who wants to make an impact—not just deliver treatments. You’ll perform a wide range of advanced dermal and laser services, while also building meaningful connections with clients to help them feel their best, inside and out.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and skilled team that’s passionate about excellence, education, and delivering results-driven, tailored care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced treatments including laser (Splendor X), Hydrafacial, microneedling, and peels
• Conduct detailed consultations and skin assessments
• Provide tailored skincare recommendations and education
• Maintain treatment notes and a consistently high standard of care
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
• Stay up to date on industry innovations and trends

Skills & Experience

• Diploma in Dermal Therapy (or equivalent)
• Experience with dermal and laser treatments
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Deep interest in skin health and ongoing learning
• A professional, team-focused attitude with passion for client care
