Channel Relationship Manager (Partner Success)

Purpose of the Role

The Channel Relationship Manager (Partner Success) ensures Eternal Homes’ Channel Partners are supported, informed, and confident in representing our brand.


This role works closely with the CEO (Head of Partnerships) to drive sales outcomes through exceptional coordination, follow-up, and proactive support of relationships. You’ll be the operational link between our Channel Partners and internal teams, ensuring every stock request, partner pack, and sales process runs seamlessly.


It’s a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping others succeed.


Key Responsibilities


1. Partner Relationship & Sales Support • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with Channel Partners.

• Act as the first point of contact for stock requests, updates, and general partner support.

• Prepare and distribute House & Land partner packs, brochures, and pricing within 24 hours.

• Constantly engage with Channel Partners — daily follow-ups to check for active clients, budgets, and promote Eternal Homes packages.

• Support onboarding of new partners with induction materials, portal access, and training.

• Attend meetings (online or in-person) with the CEO or independently — travel required.

• Be open to occasionally responding to partner calls on weekends if something urgent arises.


2. Sales Coordination & CRM Management

• Manage the full pre-EOI and EOI process accurately and efficiently.

• Update and maintain HubSpot CRM — ensuring all interactions, stock requests, and sales progress are logged and visible.

• Coordinate between Sales, Estimating, Drafting, and Developer Relations to ensure accurate and timely package delivery.

• Prepare and send weekly partner updates, area profiles, and market insights using HubSpot email marketing.


3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with internal teams to align on stock availability, packaging timelines, and partner expectations.

• Ensure smooth handover from sales to pre-construction teams.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner experience.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure partner needs are prioritised and executed quickly.


Key Skills & Attributes


Hard Skills

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, partner support, or customer success roles.

• Background in project marketing, mortgage broking, or residential property highly regarded.

• Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong administrative and organisational skills — accuracy under pressure.

• Confident communicator and relationship builder across multiple stakeholders.

Success Milestones


First 90 Days – Foundation & Quick Wins

• Learn Eternal Homes’ systems (HubSpot, SharePoint, Canibuild).

• Support the CEO in onboarding 4 new Channel Partners.

• Deliver all partner stock requests and packages within 24 hours.

• Keep CRM 100% up to date. • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


First 180 Days – Consistency & Growth

• Manage end-to-end coordination of all Channel Partner sales activity.

• Support the CEO in achieving 10 sales per month through active partner engagement.

• Maintain 10–15 live packages on the portal.

• Deliver proactive partner communication and nurture activity via CRM and email campaigns.

• Recognised internally as the “go-to” person for Channel Partner operations.
