Remuneration: $90 - 110k plus Super + Commissions (OTE $130k – $160k)

What will you be doing?
- New Business: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members while building strong, lasting relationships with current members.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead the sales process using your established sales processes to onboard new members.
- Convert existing enquiries and re-engage with people that have shown interest previously.
- Mix of on the phone and face to face meetings.
About You
- Experience: At least three years in sales or business development, ideally within a service-based industry.
- Results-Oriented: A proactive and goal-focused approach with a track record of achieving KPIs, securing new business wins, and driving pipeline growth.
- Proven Success: A strong background in sales, with a demonstrable track record of hitting targets and driving revenue.
