They’re a close-knit, high-performing team that operates at pace. Individual contribution is visible, the culture is collaborative, and the business is growing quickly in both headcount and market presence.

About the Role
As Office Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of It’s Simple Finance — the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so the broader team can focus on what they do best.
You’ll start by leading the business’s relocation to their new CBD office — coordinating the transition, managing vendors, and making sure the new space is set up and ready to go from day one. Once in, you’ll own the day-to-day running of the office and provide executive support to Founder & Director Joseph Daoud and the senior leadership team.
This role suits someone who takes ownership without being asked, communicates with confidence at all levels, and genuinely takes pride in running a tight ship.

• Welcome and direct clients and visitors, and triage inbound calls to the main business line
• Oversee meeting room and podcast studio bookings
• Coordinate technology setup and equipment allocation for new starters, and manage offboarding for departing team members
• Manage the calendar, correspondence, and day-to-day admin requirements for the Founder & Director
• Provide diary management and administrative support to senior leadership
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for senior leadership as required
Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience in an office management, EA, or senior administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication — polished, professional, and confident
• Proven experience managing executive diaries, correspondence, and travel logistics
• High degree of discretion and professionalism when working alongside senior leadership
• Proactive and solutions-oriented — someone who identifies and resolves issues before they become problems
