Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours (1.5 – 5 days per week, 10.5 – 38 hours), with options such as school hours, 9-day fortnights, and other flexible arrangements.

Competitive Salary: Earn $75,000 - $115,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus Super.

Professional Development: $2500 PD budget per year (pro-rata), regular supervision (clinical and peer).

Admin Support: Focus on your clients while invoicing, waitlist management, and advertising are handled by the Practice Manager and Director.
About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Travel to Clients: Provide therapy in natural settings, including homes, schools, and kindergartens.

Deliver Best-Practice Therapy: Offer therapeutic support to clients either 1:1 or in groups, ensuring high-quality care.

Manage Your Calendar: Maintain flexibility with your schedule, managing your calendar within the employment agreement.

Maintain Records: Keep thorough records of all interactions with clients, including emails, phone calls, session notes, reports, and resources in the secure business system.

Professional Development: Maintain your own registrations and fulfill professional development obligations.

Service Agreement Responsibilities: Meet the responsibilities negotiated with the client in the Service Agreement.

Complete Administrative Tasks: Timely completion of timesheets and expense reimbursement forms.
Who We Are Looking For:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, and professional registration with AHPRA.

Experience: Interest and/or experience working with paediatric populations and the NDIS.

Passion: A genuine drive to help children of all abilities grow their skills.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Team Player: Enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
