What will you be doing?
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and helping the team meet their goals. Your key responsibilities include:
Showroom & Event Coordination:
- Organise and stock the NSW showroom, keeping it ready for demonstrations and client visits.
- Set up, organise, and pack down conferences, expos, and demo events.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with customer appointments and ensure they have the latest support materials.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and inquiries when Sales Executives are unavailable.
- Provide after-sales support to customers, answering queries and managing delivery schedules.
Lead Generation & Database Management:
- Research new leads and expand the company’s existing database.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Business Development Managers to ensure all necessary tasks are completed efficiently.
Customer & Admin Management:
- Handle patient web inquiries and provide prompt responses to customer queries.
- Support the Sales Director with administrative duties, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
