About the Role
As a Mortgage Broker at OpenCorp, you’ll guide active investor clients through tailored lending strategies designed to support long-term property growth. You'll manage the full lending process from enquiry to settlement, backed by a strong support team and consistent investor-focused referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client files from enquiry through to settlement
- Develop strategic lending solutions for investor clients
- Conduct interviews, assess borrowing power, prepare proposals
- Complete lender research, serviceability calculations and credit analysis
- Ensure meticulous compliance and documentation (BID, NCCP)
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors and internal teams
- Identify opportunities for clients to grow their portfolios
- Collaborate with admin and support teams to ensure smooth settlements
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years as an Australian mortgage broker (investment lending preferred)
- Strong understanding of residential, investment and construction lending
- Proven ability to convert leads or meet volume targets
- Experience with aggregator platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Certificate IV & Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- MFAA or FBAA accreditation
- Full Australian working rights, valid Driver’s Licence, clear credit & police checks
