Having built a strong national reputation in residential property, FSA is now expanding its commercial acquisition division. There is already demand from clients actively looking to secure commercial assets. The infrastructure, marketing engine, research capability and advisory platform are in place. What’s required now is the right commercial specialist to lead and grow this division.


What’s in it for you?


Base salary of $90,000 – $100,000 plus Super

OTE $250,000 – $300,000

100% remote role (Melbourne preferred)

The Role:


This is a senior acquisition role focused on sourcing, analysing and securing commercial assets across Australia. Asset classes may include retail, industrial, office, large-format retail, mixed-use and specialised commercial property.


You will be responsible for identifying opportunities both on and off-market, conducting detailed commercial due diligence, negotiating favourable acquisition terms, and presenting strategic recommendations to clients.


This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where your commercial judgement, analytical ability and negotiation capability will directly influence client outcomes and the future direction of the division.


Responsibilities:


Source high-quality commercial assets nationally

Conduct rigorous due diligence including lease and covenant analysis

Assess yields, cap rates, comparables and income sustainability

Review zoning, development upside and risk exposure

Lead negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms

Work closely with legal, finance and advisory professionals

Present acquisition strategies confidently to clients

Contribute to the strategic growth of the commercial division


About You:


Proven experience transacting commercial property

Background in commercial sales, valuation or acquisitions

Strong understanding of commercial leases and valuation metrics

Confidence analysing complex income-producing assets

Advanced negotiation capability

High level of commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Ambition to help build and shape a growing commercial division
