About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced conveyancer ready to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy conveyancing practice. You’ll manage a caseload of 60+ settlements per month, oversee two support staff, and ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Your expertise with contracts and Section 32 statements will be critical in handling complex matters with confidence, while your leadership will help shape and grow the team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and advise on Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Statements
  • Prepare accurate Section 32s for vendors in a timely manner
  • Track and manage key dates across all active files
  • Manage 60+ settlements per month, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Mentor and delegate to two support staff, ensuring smooth workflows
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and legal stakeholders
  • Resolve issues proactively and maintain compliance with regulatory standards


Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and Section 32s, with confidence in complex matters
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in a conveyancing practice
  • Familiarity with conveyancing software (e.g., PEXA, InfoTrack, LEAP)
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with attention to detail
