What will you be doing? As a Buyers Agent with FSA, you’ll be instrumental in sourcing and securing investment properties for clients. From market research to due diligence, you’ll guide clients through each step of their investment journey, providing insight and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Source and Secure Properties: Identify and evaluate properties that align with clients’ investment strategies, including off-market opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed research on hotspot markets across Australia, providing clients with well-founded recommendations.
  • Client Consultation: Present potential properties to clients, ensuring they’re informed and confident in their investment choices.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate building and pest inspections, manage conveyancing, and liaise with all necessary parties up to settlement.
  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with the Client Success team to transition clients smoothly from initial contact to the property search phase.
  • Interstate Networking: Travel interstate quarterly to strengthen relationships with agents and property managers, expanding access to exclusive opportunities.
  • Post-Purchase Support: Assist clients with property management introductions and post-settlement queries to ensure a smooth experience.


About You:

  • Property Investment Enthusiast: You have a personal property portfolio and a strong understanding of property investment.
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent: Licensed in at least one Australian state (QLD, WA, SA, TAS, or NSW).
  • Client-Centric: You excel at building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple tasks, ensuring smooth processes from research to settlement.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills for clear client communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Adaptable and Self-Motivated: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges.
