About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing pre-booked appointments and guiding prospective clients through the decision-making process. Your role will focus on understanding their financial goals, educating them on Investorkit’s strategic property approach, and closing new business with confidence and care.

This is a consultative sales position that rewards hunger, drive, and professionalism. You’ll be supported with quality leads, comprehensive training, and access to tools that make selling simple, efficient, and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-booked sales consultations with qualified prospects
  • Build rapport, understand client needs, and present tailored property investment solutions
  • Convert leads into clients through a structured and consultative sales process
  • Manage your pipeline effectively using the company’s CRM system
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
  • Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally in property, finance, or consulting.
  • Experience closing deals.
  • Proven ability to close deals in a consultative, service-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a hunger for success
  • Organised and efficient in managing time and pipeline
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to grow with a high-performance business
