What’s in it for you?

About the Role

Due to ongoing growth, this business is seeking a high-performing Mortgage Broker to join their dynamic team. This is not just about closing deals; it’s about building long-term client relationships and guiding them through their financial journey.

You’ll receive high-quality referral leads from existing clients and partners, ensuring a higher conversion rate. Supported by an experienced back-office team, you’ll focus on client engagement and strategic lending solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Meetings – Engage with clients via face-to-face, phone, or Zoom, understanding their financial needs
  • Loan Suitability & Serviceability – Advise clients on loan options that best meet their needs
  • Relationship Building – Cultivate strong relationships through open and effective communication
  • Product Matching – Recommend suitable loan products tailored to each client’s requirements
  • Seamless Loan Process – Collaborate with the back-office support team to ensure smooth processing through to settlement


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in home finance or lending within a financial institution or brokerage
  • Cert IV in Mortgage Broking (essential)
  • Proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Results-driven with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
