About the Role
As Business Relationship Manager, you'll own a portfolio of real estate and property management partners. This is a relationship-first role where you’ll support, grow, and nurture accounts through proactive engagement and commercial acumen. You'll play a key part in the business’s acquisition and retention strategy while becoming a go-to person for partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of property management and referral partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to drive engagement and retention
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Deliver training, updates, and presentations to partners
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
- Maintain CRM activity, reporting, and growth metrics
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in business development or account management
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven
- Based in Brisbane, with flexibility for occasional office attendance
- Experience in property management or insurance (bonus!)
- RG146 (Tier 2) or Cert IV in General Insurance (advantageous but not essential)
