Due to their organic growth, they are looking for a Loan Processor/Credit Analyst to support their established Brokers and take their career to new heights.

What will you be doing?

  • Research, structure, lodge, and manage finance applications through to settlement.
  • Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity and servicing.
  • Lender and policy analysis and negotiations to meet client outcomes.
  • Interpret complex financial documents for self-employed and entity structure clients and determine loan structures to achieve client outcomes.
  • Finance application compilation – work in conjunction with clients and the loan administration team to complete living expenses analysis, supporting document collation, application preparation and lodgement.
  • Manage finance application lodgement process through to settlement.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the loan application process on behalf of the broker.
  • Liaise with lenders and their business development managers throughout the application process where required,

 

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years mortgage broking / credit role.
  • Experience with complex finance calculations, document/application preparation and a knowledge of credit.
  • Understanding of how to read financial documents and consider appropriate structuring options will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience with Connective/Mercury/ApplyOnline is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high-level attention to detail.
