(Assistant Manager, Manager, Admin)

Locations: Los Angeles, Long Beach

On site positions

Pay Range: $40,000 to $85,000 depending on role


Overview

We are seeking organized, customer focused, and detail-oriented professionals to support community operations across the Los Angeles region. These roles include Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager II, and Administrative Assistant. Each position plays a key part in resident satisfaction, financial performance, and daily operations.

 

Assistant Community Manager

Pay Range: $21.00 to $25.00


Key Responsibilities

• Support rent collection and delinquency management

• Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting

• Support leasing activities and occupancy goals

• Manage lease renewals and resident communication

• Conduct property inspections and coordinate work orders

• Assist with vendor communication and onsite team support


Qualifications

• One to three years of property management experience

• Strong knowledge of fair housing laws

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

 

Community Manager II (Manufactured Housing Communities)

Pay Range: $71,000 to $85,000


Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams across multiple communities

• Manage budgets, rent rolls, and financial performance

• Oversee home sales, leasing, and marketing

• Ensure compliance with California housing laws and Title 25

• Coordinate with HCD and manage inspections • Support resident relations and community engagement


Qualifications

• Five to seven years of property management or maintenance experience

• Bilingual English and Spanish

• Ability to obtain required Park Manager certifications

 

Administrative Assistant

Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.00


Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling

• Coordinate inspections and prepare reports

• Support resident communication and application processing

• Assist with rent collection tasks and account research

• Manage calendars, mail, and documentation


Qualifications

• One to two years of administrative experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
