Pay Range: $22.00 to $34.00 depending on role and level
Overview
We are seeking skilled and dependable maintenance professionals to support multiple residential communities across the Los Angeles region. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes. We have openings for Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Technicians, and Maintenance Supervisors at various experience levels. All positions require participation in an after hours on call rotation.
Maintenance Technician
(Levels I through IV)
Pay Range: $22.00 to $28.00
Key Responsibilities
• Complete hands on repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve resident work orders
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
Qualifications
• One to two years of hands on maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift more than 75 pounds
• Ability to participate in an on call rotation
Higher Levels (II through IV)
• Three to six years of advanced experience
• Specialized certifications such as HVAC or Electrical
HVAC Maintenance Technician
Pay Range: $26.00 to $30.00
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
• Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA standards
• Complete general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs
• Prepare vacant units and ensure all systems meet quality standards
Required Certifications
• Valid HVAC Certification
• EPA Universal Certification
Maintenance Supervisor
(Levels I through V)
Pay Range: $27.00 to $34.00
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and mentor the onsite maintenance team
• Assign work orders and manage daily schedules
• Perform advanced hands on maintenance
• Oversee the make ready process
• Manage vendor coordination and property inspections • Support budgeting, inventory, and expense control
Qualifications
• Two to three years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
