Forklift Operator / Material Handler

Position Overview
We are actively hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is critical to daily operations and requires individuals who are confident operating equipment, working efficiently, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
· Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach truck) safely and efficiently
· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
· Move, stage, and organize product within the warehouse or production floor
· Supply materials to production lines as needed
· Perform routine equipment inspections before and after use
· Maintain accurate inventory movement using RF scanners or warehouse systems
· Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
· Recent forklift experience required (minimum 1 year)
· Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments
· Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced setting
· Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
· High-volume production or food-grade manufacturing experience
· Multiple equipment experience (reach truck, clamp, etc.)
Schedule & Work Environment
· 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
· Overtime and weekend shifts may be required
· Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with performance expectations
