About the Opportunity

My client is a fast-moving, VC-backed AI startup. Founded in 2024, they are building a next-generation platform that enables teams to create production-ready AI applications. Unlike lightweight website builders or overly complex ML tools, their solution delivers sophisticated, scalable AI apps designed for real-world deployment.

This is a rare chance to join as the Head AI Full Stack Engineer—one of the earliest technical leaders—and help shape the foundation of a product already gaining traction. You’ll work directly with visionary founders and have outsized ownership in building systems that matter.

The Impact You’ll Make

·        First 30 Days: Ship a production-ready feature using the optimization stack.

·        3 Months: Lead development of a major feature (e.g., tenant-aware builder logic).

·        6 Months: Own a mission-critical area, mentor teammates, and shape roadmap direction.

Must-Have Skills

·        5+ years of professional software engineering experience (3–4 years only if truly exceptional).

·        Strong backend expertise in Python (production-level, not just scripting).

·        Comfortable being backend-heavy while willing to contribute to frontend (React/TypeScript).

·        Proven early-stage startup experience—thriving in scrappy, evolving environments.

·        Clear, effective communication skills in both written and spoken collaboration.

·        Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available).

⚠️ Important: Candidates with pure FAANG-only backgrounds will not be a fit unless they also bring meaningful early-stage startup experience.

Nice-to-Haves

·        Experience building DevTools or low-code platforms.

·        Exposure to regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, government).

·        Familiarity with AWS and other cloud providers.

·        Background in multi-tenant architecture or AI/ML-powered applications.

Compensation & Benefits
