Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00

Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Porters to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of residential communities across the Los Angeles region. Some positions require living onsite. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and making a visible impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove trash and debris

• Maintain clean walkways, parking areas, and common spaces

• Assist with light maintenance tasks

• Support unit turnover with basic cleaning

• Provide friendly customer service to residents

• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping is helpful

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be willing to live onsite for designated roles
