Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.

·        Adjust financial statements to prepare accurate tax returns.

·        Conduct research on tax issues and stay updated on legislation.

·        Ensure compliance with state, federal, and international tax jurisdictions.

·        Participate in tax planning and research initiatives.

·        Build and maintain relationships with client management teams.

·        Actively communicate with leadership to meet expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation; Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.

·        Minimum 3.3 GPA preferred.

·        CPA license or eligibility to take the CPA exam preferred.

·        Proficiency in tax preparation software and applications.

·        Strong analytical and technical skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
